Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of many products sold on our website, including food products, herbal preparations, wellness products, and personal care items, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.

Eligible Return Cases

  • The product was delivered in a leaking or defective condition.
  • The product has expired before delivery.
  • The package was significantly damaged during transit.

To initiate a claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Non-Returnable Products

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following products cannot be returned once delivered:

  • Ayurvedic medicines
  • Herbal supplements
  • Food products
  • Organic groceries
  • Oils and wellness products
  • Personal care products
  • Beauty products
  • Opened or used items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or free items

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Natural Prime.

We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet our policy requirements.

Replacement Policy

Where applicable, Natural Prime may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement requests are available only for:

  • Incorrect items shipped by us

Replacement products will be shipped after verification of the claim.

Orders may be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
